PRENEU embraces
challenges without limits.

"Operation name Navy Sea Ghost."

Around 3 p.m. on the 8th, about 10 ships appeared in the sea in front of the Busan operation base. The manned/unmanned forces formed a formation centered on the Navy's South Sea ship and were approaching the land little by little. When the landing operation for the enemy position was decided, it was a movement to carry out the mission.

Maritime forces stopped advancing when they got some close to the point where they were aiming to make landfall. Instead, the vertical take-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicle "ND-VT35" (Neon Tech) was dispatched.

The first start of the operation was reconnaissance. It is to check the situation through unmanned aerial vehicles specialized in real-time video transmission. Two helicopter-type unmanned aerial vehicles, "S-100," were also remotely controlled and examined enemy positions at high altitudes. "Guardian" (Marine Innotek), a multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle that received a reconnaissance mission at sea, and "Drix" (Sona Tech) were busy.

When the surveillance and reconnaissance operation using unmanned power was completed, an order to approach the landing coast was issued to the main base, which consists of a total of 17 units. At the same time, three unmanned aircraft, "MILVUS-M" (PRENEU) and "ACOV" (Korea UAV), attacked enemy coastal defense missile bases and mobile launchers. Two self-destructive drones exploded after approaching the coastal artillery concealed with protective facilities with precision maneuvers.

Unmanned aircraft such as the "MDT-1600" (ocean drone technology) dropped bombs and hit the enemy command and communication room, destroying the command system, and the main force moved forward without hesitation with the commander's cry that "we will carry out a landing charge."

Unmanned watercraft and drone fleets, including "LIG Nex1," destroyed enemy small ships at the front, followed by manned/unmanned combined forces centered on the South Sea, an unmanned power command and control ship.

Lastly, the demonstration prepared by occupying the coast where Marineon landing helicopters, landing armoured vehicles (KAAV), and high-speed upstream demarcation followed.

The landing operation of the Navy and Marine Corps is centered on manpower. Therefore, human and material damage to our troops is inevitable, and the stronger the enemy's defiance, the greater the damage. In some cases, ships that were conducting landings are exposed by mines installed on the coast and the operation fails.

However, since unmanned forces can effectively make the enemy inoperable beyond monitoring and reconnaissance of the target point, it is expected to increase the viability of our troops ahead of landing as well as the possibility of success of the operation. Of course, this is possible when technological progress and firepower are supported.

For about 30 minutes, the Navy made efforts to dispel such concerns by disclosing the landing operation applying the combined marine manned/unmanned combat system. This is the first time that the combined landing operation between Yu and Muin, which existed only as a concept before, has actually been disclosed.

In addition, he emphasized that the defense companies that participated in the 2023 International Maritime Defense Industry Exhibition (MADEX) were actually developing and operating equipment, so that it was not unreasonable to electrify them. In fact, Drix, which appeared on this day, is reportedly planned to be mass-produced.

"The Navy is actively pushing for the use of unmanned systems to effectively carry out operations in complex battlefield situations in Daedong Station," said Lee Hee-jung (Colonel) of the Naval Operations Command, who prepared for the demonstration of the operation. "In particular, the combined maritime manned/unmanned combat system will be a game changer that can lead the operation to victory while minimizing damage to our troops in landing operations by maximizing operational capabilities."

The Navy is scheduled to demonstrate its operation to foreign delegations on the 9th and to the general public on the 10th.
